𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 a motivated and experienced lawyer (minimum 3 years of post-graduation experience) with a strong interest and ambition in dispute resolution, ready to grow as part of a determined yet merry litigation and arbitration team.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:

• Managing and participating in litigation, arbitration and white-collar criminal matters across all WLH’s core areas of expertise.

• Drafting submissions, conducting legal research, preparing legal memos, and assisting in client-specific dispute strategies.

• Representation in trials.

• Coordinating with clients and handling communications with clients and tribunals.

• Handling assignments independently as lead counsel/first chair.

• Assisting our other practice areas, if needed.

𝗔𝗻 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 for the role would have the following profile:

• A Finnish or Nordic law degree and eligibility to practice law in Finland.

• Relevant working experience related to dispute resolution (minimum 3 years of post-graduation experience, licensed to represent clients in court).

• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills and potential for further development.

• Pragmatic, client-oriented and solution-driven mindset with an eye for detail.

• Ambition to develop as a professional and taking ownership of assignments.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

• Full professional proficiency in Finnish and English; Swedish and other language proficiency is considered an advantage.
