Distribution & Systems Coordinator, Nordics | Unity Living

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Stockholm or Helsinki, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Distribution & Systems Coordinator, Nordics work closely with our commercial and operations teams, supporting everything from rates, restrictions and distribution setup to reporting, system configurations and integrations. This is an important role and fits a person who enjoys combining commercial thinking with systems and data. You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you should be naturally curious, detail-oriented and motivated to understand how different systems connect and how we can continuously improve the way we work.

• Revenue & distribution support: Support daily revenue management and distribution activities, including rate updates, restrictions, promotions and channel mappings.
• Systems & integrations: Support system configurations, integrations, updates and implementation of new solutions across our properties.
• Reporting & data: Gather, consolidate and prepare data for revenue reporting and analysis.
• Data accuracy: Monitor information across systems and reports, identify discrepancies and help make sure our data is accurate and reliable.
• Process improvement & automation: Support the development of reporting tools, automation and smarter internal processes.
• Coordination: Work closely with Revenue Management, Commercial and Operations teams across Finland and Sweden to keep systems, processes and information aligned.

• Rates, restrictions and distribution settings are accurate and updated on time
• Data across systems and reports is reliable, and discrepancies are spotted early
• System changes and integrations are coordinated smoothly
• Reporting and everyday processes become increasingly efficient and automated
• You understand how our different commercial systems connect and actively help to improve them

• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills and an interest in working with data, reporting and automation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot when numbers, settings or information don’t add up
• Organized and comfortable managing several tasks and priorities at the same time
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with fluent English; Swedish and/or Finnish is an advantage
• Experience in hospitality, revenue management, distribution, Mews PMS or channel management is an advantage
