Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support in Dutch and English.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Dutch.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely from Greece.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• EU work authorization or legal right to work in Greece, where applicable.

Important Relocation Information

• Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens at least 7 days before the start date to complete hiring documentation.
• Relocated employees are required to work on-site for the first 3 months, unless they already have accommodation in Greece and a confirmed internet connection.
• Flight tickets, airport pickup, and airport-to-hotel transportation are not included.
• Candidates already based in Greece may receive relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis if remote work from their current location is not possible.

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday.
• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00.
• Two days off according to the rotating schedule.
