Senior Business Analyst (AI project)

Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support an AI project for a major company in the energy sector.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis for IT projects
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar) including creating and managing requirements, user stories, and other business analysis artifacts
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
• Excellent English
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• PMI Professional in Business Analysis – PMI-PBA®, or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional – CBAP®

Work Conditions

• Employment Type: This is a full-time position for candidates based in Athens. Both employees and independent contractors (freelancers) are welcome to apply. The contract will be directly with our client; Rational Data is only supporting the recruitment effort.
• Location: This is a hybrid role with 2 days/week on-site in Marousi.
• Start Date: ASAP (in November).
• Working Days: Aligned with the standard Greek work schedule.
