Job Title: Dynamics 365 Tester

Location: Melbourne, Australia

Mode: Hybrid- (2-3 days per week in office)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

A hands-on D365 F&O Operations tester, not a generic QA, automation or coordination profile.

Must have: 5+ years in F&O, hands-on in the Operations modules, and Azure DevOps for test planning, execution and defects.

Testing types: functional, system, integration and regression, with upgrade or release regression experience.

Delivery: large programs with fast-moving deliverables.

Independence: works with minimal support and not through functional consultants.

Communication: clear and structured with business, delivery and vendor teams.

Not wanted: RSAT-only automation, because Metcash doesn't use RSAT.

Perform Load, Stress, Volume, and Endurance testing for Dynamics 365 (F&O/CE).

Create and execute performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Azure Load Testing.

Analyze application, database, and API performance bottlenecks.

Monitor system performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and related tools.

Collaborate with developers, architects, and functional teams to resolve performance issues.

Prepare performance test reports and optimization recommendations.

Support performance testing within CI/CD and Azure DevOps environments.
