We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the Globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.

Design and deliver strategies and analytics solutions through a large portfolio of projects and initiatives. This role will coordinate a team of Specialists in electronic auctions and will work closely with Category managers, Supply managers, and business expert users around the world to understand procurement needs and deliver solutions to meet those requirements according to negotiated timeframes and budgets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with global Data and Analytics professionals, evaluate and integrate multiple datasets across functions and geographic areas.
• Serve as subject matter expert in SAP Ariba Sourcing Module as well as emerging tools leveraged by the Procurement team (Cirtuo).
• Manage a team of eSourcing specialists.
• Develop action plans, coaching and mentoring team members, developing talent, organizing career path meetings with team members
• Owning and facilitating team meetings for better process performance and enhancement of team skills
• Build strong and effective relationships with Process Managers and Analysts in Business Units
• Support tools implementation by creating capacity in the team and allocating staff to both operations and projects
• Identifies improvement opportunities on processes, raising them as proposal to next level for validation.

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

• +3 years experience in e-sourcing activity
• +1 year previous experience in people management
• Good Stakeholder and conflict management skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• eSourcing tools experience
• SAP & Ariba experience
• Advanced English level

Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei175,700.00-lei230,600.00 (posting salary range) plus a 18 %target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday.

The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
