We're looking for a commercially driven, hands-on e-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our online store's performance, operations and continuous growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the site's organic performance across SEO, CRO and UX.
- Manage paid media budget across all channels, working closely with our performance agency.
- Review and challenge agency recommendations rather than simply approving them.
- Lead our CRO specialist and a network of external collaborators already embedded in day-to-day decision-making.
- Have genuine input into buying and merchandising decisions, not just data and insights.
- Coordinate closely with our Marketing Manager to keep paid strategies aligned across channels
- Work hands-on with tools including Findbar, Roomvo, Tapper, Google Analytics and Data Studio, and our custom CMS.
- Help shape and integrate AI capabilities into the site.
Requirements
- Solid, hands-on experience across e-Commerce, SEO, CRO, UX and paid budget management.
- Experience either in-house or on the agency side, managing eCommerce or performance for clients.
- Broad eCommerce fluency, payment methods, customer journey, and what actually makes an online store perform
Good to have
- Background in home, furniture or lifestyle retail is a plus.
Benefits
- Company car, mobile phone and laptop
- Meal tickets
- Bonus scheme
- Hybrid working model
- Staff discount across Spitishop's range
