Company Description The London Psychology Clinic is dedicated to promoting mental wellbeing through compassionate, evidence-based psychological care. The clinic’s mission is to support individuals in building emotional resilience and achieving personal growth. Services are tailored to each person’s unique needs, with a focus on helping clients navigate life’s challenges through personalised therapeutic interventions. A team of experienced professionals provides care within a safe, nurturing environment that prioritises trust, respect, and professional excellence.
Role Description The EMDR Specialist will provide trauma-focused therapy to clients using Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) within a hybrid working model based in London, with some flexibility for remote sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing and implementing EMDR treatment plans, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and collaborating with other clinicians to ensure continuity of care. The specialist will monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and participate in case consultations and supervision. This is a contract role that requires adherence to ethical and professional standards, engagement in ongoing professional development, and contribution to a supportive, inclusive clinical environment.
