Job Info:

• Job Type: Full time
• Pay: $60,000 to $85,000 per year
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday when needed)
• Experience needed: 2 to 3+ years in a clinical, rehab or medical setting working with neurological conditions and post surgery recovery

Requirements:

• A qualification in physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, kinesiology or a related clinical field
• Hands on experience with neurological conditions (stroke, Parkinson's, MS, spinal cord injury or similar)
• Experience coaching clients through post surgery rehab (joint replacements, spinal surgery, ACL and similar)
• A genuine passion for helping people hit their goals and have a great experience
• Able to pick up and implement a specific coaching method
• Great communication skills and emotional intelligence, especially with clients who are nervous to move
• Tech savvy with tools like Everfit, Zoom, Loom and Slack

Responsibilities:

• Performing bi weekly check ins and providing updates to clients on a regular basis
• Having 1:1 calls with clients on a regular basis
• Supporting clients with medical histories and adapting programs safely
• Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively
• Building a positive community with your clients and holding them accountable

• Neurological or post surgery clients: (Required)
• Remote work: 1 year (Preferred) or prior coaching experience using tools like Everfit, Trainerize and Zoom
