Employment Lawyers - 3yrs PQE to Senior Associate

About the Opportunity:

You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing practice that advises both employers and employees across the full spectrum of workplace relations, including:

• Unfair dismissals, general protections, discrimination, and bullying
• Enterprise bargaining and industrial relations
• Workplace investigations
• Policy development, compliance, and training
• Strategic advisory and litigation

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re open to lawyers across a range of experience levels, with the core requirement being at least 2-3 years of dedicated employment law experience. Whether you’re still building your skills or are a seasoned associate or senior associate ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
