- ERP, B2B Commerce & Systems Integration
- Design end-to-end quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory-to-fulfillment workflows across sales, finance, and operations.
- Guide integration and modernization of Dynamics GP/SalesPad, SAP Business One (U.S./Canada), CRM, and warehouse systems.
- Shape B2B commerce/channel architecture for large catalogs, account pricing, quoting, BOMs/kitting, EDI, and order/inventory sync.
- Define robust API, event, batch, and EDI patterns with clear system ownership, monitoring, recovery, and data contracts.

- Ensure critical commerce, ERP, integration, and operations solutions are designed for resilience, continuity, and recoverability.
- Review major technology investments and implementation partners for security, interoperability, scalability, and lifecycle cost.
- Provide architectural oversight of delivery, migration sequencing, release readiness, and business continuity during change.
- Data, AI & Technology Team Leadership
- Set cross-system master-data and integration direction while the Senior Data Architect owns detailed Fabric/OneLake and BI design.
- Guide responsible AI, agents, and business applications for product/SKU enrichment, pricing, customer operations, and automation.
- Manage and mentor assigned technical contributors; clarify ownership, build capabilities, and support hands-on delivery teams.
