Enterprise Performance Manager

Role Description The Enterprise Performance Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the individual will monitor and analyze organizational performance metrics, develop performance frameworks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to set performance targets, track progress, and prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership. The Enterprise Performance Manager will also design and deliver performance-related training, support budgeting and resource allocation decisions, and ensure alignment of performance initiatives with overall business strategy.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with stakeholders, and support change initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Performance Management and Training experience to design frameworks, set KPIs, and build capability across teams.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to support planning, monitor resource utilization, and align financials with performance goals.
• Relevant experience in enterprise or corporate performance management, strategy, or operations in a technology or platform-based business is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in performance management or data analytics are an advantage.
• Proficiency with performance dashboards, reporting tools, and productivity software; familiarity with marketplace or review platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage part-time schedules effectively, and operate with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
