About the Position We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated WordPress and WooCommerce Administrator to help manage the day-to-day operations of our Research Use Only e-commerce stores. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided. You do not need to be an advanced website developer. However, you should be comfortable using computers, learning new software, following written procedures, and working independently. The right candidate will help keep our websites accurate, organized, and running smoothly while supporting orders, products, customers, inventory, promotions, and internal operations. Potential Job Duties Your daily responsibilities may include: Adding and updating WooCommerce products Updating product pricing, images, descriptions, SKUs, categories, and inventory Reviewing orders for accuracy and potential issues Updating order statuses and customer notes Coordinating with fulfillment and customer support teams Uploading product testing documents and certificates of analysis Maintaining website menus, banners, landing pages, and promotional sections Creating and testing coupon codes and sales promotions Checking the website for broken links, incorrect information, or checkout issues Assisting with email marketing campaigns and website announcements Updating affiliate accounts, coupon codes, and commissions Organizing spreadsheets, reports, product data, and internal documents Responding to basic customer questions using approved templates Helping manage product restocks and inventory updates Following company compliance guidelines for Research Use Only products Performing basic WordPress maintenance and plugin updates when instructed Reporting technical problems to the appropriate developer or manager Completing other administrative and e-commerce tasks as needed Required Skills Basic experience using WordPress Basic understanding of WooCommerce Strong computer and internet skills Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail Clear written communication Ability to follow instructions and documented procedures Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Willingness to learn new software and systems Reliable internet connection if working remotely Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company, customer, and vendor information Preferred Skills These skills are helpful but not required: Experience managing products or orders in WooCommerce Experience with Canva or basic image editing Familiarity with email marketing platforms Basic knowledge of HTML or CSS Experience with affiliate management software Experience using customer support or CRM platforms Familiarity with shipping platforms such as ShipStation Previous experience with an e-commerce, supplement, health and wellness, or specialty product company What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and consistent Highly organized Detail-oriented Comfortable asking questions during training Able to identify and report mistakes Interested in learning e-commerce operations Able to work independently without constant supervision Professional when communicating with customers and team members Comfortable working within strict compliance and confidentiality requirements Training Training will be provided for our specific websites, products, systems, compliance requirements, and daily operating procedures. There is room to grow into website management, customer experience, affiliate operations, email marketing, project management, or general e-commerce operations. Position Description Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day, from 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Beirut Time) Working Days: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday Work Location : Fully remote, you can work from anywhere PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice (Holiday timing flexible during non-critical business periods; may reschedule during peak times e.g., Black Friday), Lebanese national holidays (~14 days/year) Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,200
