This is a remote position.
Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart /Patient Access Analyst to support our healthcare client in Texas. This is a primarily remote, direct-hire opportunity with occasional onsite travel.
This role will support Epic MyChart, Hello World, Cadence, and Patient Access workflows, with a strong focus on Open Scheduling, Direct Scheduling, Provider Finder, and digital patient access. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Patient Access/Cadence expertise and experience improving how patients find providers, schedule care, and engage digitally.
Key Responsibilities

Support and optimize MyChart, Hello World, Cadence, and Patient Access workflows.

Build and enhance Open Scheduling and Direct Scheduling functionality.

Support Provider Finder, including provider search, profiles, scheduling integration, and patient access workflows.

Support digital engagement functionality including Questionnaires, Care Companion, and patient self-service tools.

Lead enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, and workflow optimization.

Partner with Patient Access, operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders to improve the digital patient experience.

Support implementations, go-lives, and post-live optimization.
Required Qualifications

Active Epic certification or accreditation in MyChart and/or Cadence.

Strong hands-on Patient Access/Cadence experience.

Experience with Open Scheduling and/or Direct Scheduling.

Experience supporting MyChart and Hello World.

3–4+ years of healthcare IT experience, including 2+ years supporting Epic.

Experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization, and production support.

Associate degree required.

Strong communication, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Provider Finder experience.

Experience with Questionnaires and/or Care Companion.

MyChart Welcome or other digital onboarding experience.

Epic Ambulatory experience or certification.

Multiple Epic certifications.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Experience supporting enterprise digital front door or patient access initiatives.
