We are currently searching for motivated and dedicated individuals based in Sweden who are ready to take that next step of their career. What you can expect from the role: Lead end-to-end IFS Cloud ERP implementations for clients across various industries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, and client resources. Monitor project progress using established methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile), manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum. Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a strong partnership throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure alignment between functional and technical workstreams within the IFS implementation. Drive change management and support client adoption strategies to secure long-term project success. Contribute to Arcwide’s internal knowledge base and mentor junior team members where needed. What we will look for in your CV: Proven experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations within a consultancy or systems integrator environment. Strong background in project management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects for mid-to-large organisations. Fluency in English is essential, and another Nordic language is required. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of an organisation. Deep understanding of ERP processes. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Relevant project management certification is beneficial. Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
