We are looking for a skilled estimating specialist to join our team and provide essential support to our sales team with precise and reliable project estimations.

It is a fully remote position, with overlapping 9am - 6pm EST New York time zone. You need high-speed internet and a reliable home office setup.

What You Will Do:

• Develop detailed, accurate project estimates, including scope, budget, and timelines

• Recommend the best materials and products for specific project needs: window repairs, glass installation, interior design

• Maintain and update pricing databases for labor, materials, and equipment

• Evaluate project plans, drawings, and specifications to provide comprehensive quotes

• Communicate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and availability

• Assist the Sales team with client presentations by providing technical insights and cost evaluations

Skills You Need:

• Proven experience as an estimator,

• Analytical and mathematical skills for precise cost estimation

• Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, project management tools, CRM

• Ability to communicate within the team in English

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

  Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of US building codes and standards

• Experience with glass, windows, door, construction industries
