Show job description

You're the strategic force multiplier who ensures the CEO focuses only on what moves the business forward.

You keep a fast-moving executive grounded, organized, and ahead of the curve.

You own the calendar, inbox, and day-to-day operations with total authority, nothing is left behind. You spot operational friction three steps ahead and solve it before it ever hits the executive's desk.

If this sounds like you, read on.

The Role

  1. Architect and defend the executive's calendar, prioritizing high-leverage business objectives
  2. Run strategic inbox triage: draft context-aware correspondence, resolve issues independently, and keep momentum high
  3. Research high-level topics, prepare executive briefings, and assemble materials ahead of key meetings
  4. Coordinate complex travel logistics, special projects, and high-priority personal tasks
  5. Drive cross-functional follow-ups and hold stakeholders accountable on behalf of the CEO
  6. Build and optimize internal systems, documentation, and workflows so operations run seamlessly

This Is for You If You Are...

Trait #1: Strategically Proactive You don't wait for instructions. You read between the lines, anticipate operational needs, and take ownership immediately.

Trait #2: Impeccably Discreet You handle high-stakes, sensitive company information with absolute confidentiality and seasoned judgment.

Trait #3: Systems-Obsessed Your operational tracking is airtight. You build reliable processes so details, deadlines, and follow-ups never get dropped.

Trait #4: Composed Under Velocity When priorities shift abruptly, you stay calm, recalibrate swiftly, and keep leadership on track.

What We Look For:

  • 5+ years supporting C-level executives as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner
  • Proven track record optimizing high-volume calendars, communications, and workflows for senior leaders
  • Native or fully fluent professional English (written and verbal)
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Strong operational experience with modern project tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)

What We Offer:

Compensation: Up to $4,000 per month

Schedule: Monday–Friday, EST working hours (fully remote)

Impact & Access: Work directly alongside the CEO with a front-row seat to scaling the business

Leverage: Your ownership directly dictates how effectively leadership drives company growth
