We are expanding our Global PR team and looking for a hands-on Executive Branding & Thought Leadership Specialist to turn our internal leaders and ambassadors into recognized industry voices.

💼 Role Overview:

• Position: Executive Branding & PR Specialist
• Location: 100% Remote Global
• Language: Fluent English (C1+ Spoken & Written required)

🔑 What You Will Do:

• Build Personal Brands from Scratch: Develop end-to-end strategies for C-suite executives and ambassadors across global markets.
• Coaching & Media Training: Conduct 1:1 interviews, prepare novice speakers for public appearances, and coach them on on-camera presence, voice tone, and presentation.
• LinkedIn & Content Strategy: Craft high-impact content plans, ghostwrite C-level LinkedIn articles/posts, and coordinate with SMM and media outlets for maximum reach.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Product, Content, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and authenticity.

🎯 What We Are Looking For:

• Proven track record in Executive Branding, LinkedIn Ghostwriting, and PR coaching (working with C-level executives is a huge plus).
• Global Exposure: Experience working with international markets (Tech, FinTech, iGaming, Crypto, or High-Growth Startups).
• Human-Centric Approach: Ability to motivate, build trust, and guide executives who are brand new to public speaking.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with Google Workspace, task trackers, and AI tools as an efficiency multiplier (without losing the human touch in PR).
• Strong Spoken English (C1+): You will lead verbal coaching sessions and interviews daily.
