DESIGNATION: Executive / Senior Executive – Executive Search

PACKAGE: PKR 80,000 – 120,000 + Quarterly Performance Incentive (PKR 250K – 600K) + Annual Performance Bonus (Based on Performance)

LOCATION: Remote – Pakistan

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Search & Strategic Headhunting

• Independently manage multiple Executive Search assignments across diverse industries and functional disciplines.
• Develop and execute customized search strategies aligned with client organizational structures, business objectives, and hiring requirements.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through strategic headhunting methodologies.
• Build robust talent pipelines for recurring and future leadership requirements.

Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence

• Conduct comprehensive talent mapping across local and international markets.
• Research competitor organizations, reporting structures, leadership movements, and emerging industry trends.
• Develop salary benchmarks, talent availability reports, and market intelligence for clients.
• Identify niche talent pools for specialized and confidential assignments.

Candidate Sourcing & Networking

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing channels to identify high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with professionals across multiple industries.
• Continuously expand professional networks to support long-term hiring initiatives.

Candidate Engagement & Executive Assessment

• Conduct detailed screening and competency-based interviews.
• Evaluate candidates' technical competencies, leadership capabilities, communication skills, career aspirations, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a professional and confidential candidate experience throughout the Executive Search process.
• Provide career guidance while effectively managing candidate expectations.

Client Delivery & Recruitment Operations

• Deliver Executive Search assignments within agreed timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Present shortlisted candidates supported by comprehensive assessments and market insights.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Negotiation & Offer Management

• Facilitate salary negotiations between clients and candidates.
• Manage the offer process through to successful placement and onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to encourage repeat engagements.

Market Research & Continuous Learning

• Stay updated on recruitment trends, industry developments, talent movements, and competitor activities.
• Continuously improve sourcing methodologies, search strategies, and recruitment technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Executive: 2–4 years of experience in Executive Search, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, or related consultative roles.
• Senior Executive: 2 years of relevant professional experience with a proven track record of managing Executive Search assignments independently.
• Previous experience within an Executive Search firm or recruitment consultancy will be a distinct advantage.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, CRM platforms, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Should possess an active LinkedIn network of 1,500–10,000+ professional connections.
