Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Cold Calling Expert. In this position, the professional will conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce City Insider Inc.’s services, and qualify leads based on defined criteria. Daily tasks include following call scripts while tailoring messaging to prospects, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling follow-up calls or introductory meetings for the sales team. The Cold Calling Expert will accurately record call outcomes in the CRM system, maintain up-to-date prospect information, and collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies. The role also involves meeting weekly calling and conversion targets while representing the company in a professional and service-oriented manner.
