Role Description This is a part-time, remote volunteer role within Elevia Hub’s Executive Team, with various positions available (such as operations, communications, partnerships, programs, and community engagement). Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating virtual meetings, supporting student-focused initiatives, managing internal communication channels, and helping plan and execute online events or projects. Executive Team members may also assist with outreach to partner organizations, contribute to strategy discussions, and provide input on new programs that support student learning and well-being. Volunteers are expected to collaborate with other team members, maintain regular availability for scheduled meetings, and uphold Elevia Hub’s values of inclusivity, respect, and student empowerment.

• Ability to collaborate in a remote, multicultural environment and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to balance volunteer responsibilities alongside academic or professional commitments.
• Interest in student development, education, or community building, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfort with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents, project management tools).
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and willingness to learn; prior leadership or volunteer experience is an asset but not required.
