What Success Looks Like
We are seeking someone who consistently delivers qualified, interested clinicians—not simply resumes, job postings, or database activity.

We value quality, accountability, consistency, and measurable results.
How to Apply
Applicants must complete all required screening questions. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a brief, paid sourcing and spreadsheet assessment.
Immediate Availability Is Preferred.
Talented Medical Solutions — One Talent at a Time.
- Maintain and organize our applicant tracking system, including candidate records, job orders, statuses, and sourcing pipelines.
- Identify duplicate, outdated, and incomplete records and maintain accurate database information.
- Upload and update candidate profiles, resumes, screening notes, and job information.
- Manage Excel spreadsheets and CSV files, including formatting, filtering, imports, exports, and data cleanup.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sourcing activity and candidate handoffs.
- Create, publish, update, and maintain approved healthcare job advertisements as needed.
- Review available openings and identify opportunities to attract qualified applicants.
- Monitor applications and promptly contact qualified candidates.
- Track candidate referrals and coordinate follow-ups with assigned recruiters.

- Experience using an applicant tracking system.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CSV file management.
- Understanding of U.S. healthcare staffing terminology, credentials, clinical specialties, and travel assignments.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work a full-time schedule with agreed U.S. business-hour overlap.
- Manatal ATS experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with healthcare job boards, resume databases, and recruiting platforms.
- Familiarity with VMS/MSP healthcare staffing environments.
- Experience maintaining large candidate and job-order databases.
- Base Compensation: $400 USD per month.
- Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses may be earned when clinicians sourced by the specialist successfully begin assignments with TMS and meet bonus eligibility requirements.
- Performance Reviews: Opportunity for compensation review based on demonstrated sourcing results, reliability, and overall contribution.
