Facebook Ads & Marketing VA

Job Description This is a remote position. Employment Type: Part-time (with potential to scale) ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Facebook Ads & Marketing Virtual Assistant to help generate registrations for both virtual and in-person events through strategic Facebook advertising. The ideal candidate will take ownership of setting up, managing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns while collaborating closely with Jyotsna on the creative direction and marketing assets needed for each campaign. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Facebook Ads Management Plan, build, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. Set up campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, placements, and tracking. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results. Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements. Retarget website visitors and engaged audiences where appropriate. Campaign Strategy Recommend advertising strategies based on event goals. Identify the most suitable campaign types and targeting options. Suggest opportunities to improve lead generation and conversions. Creative Coordination Advise on the images, videos, and copy required for each campaign. Work with provided content and recommend improvements where needed. Coordinate with Jyotsna to ensure all creatives align with her brand and messaging. Performance Reporting Provide regular reports on campaign performance. Track key metrics such as reach, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions. Recommend ongoing optimizations. TOOLS & PLATFORMS Meta Ads Manager Facebook Business Suite Facebook Pixel / Meta Events Canva (preferred) Google Analytics (preferred) IDEAL CANDIDATE Proven experience managing successful Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. Strong understanding of lead generation and event marketing. Analytical and data-driven approach to campaign optimization. Excellent communication and project management skills. Proactive and able to work independently. BONUS SKILLS Experience promoting webinars, workshops, coaching programs, or live events. Familiarity with online course businesses. Experience with CRM integrations and lead automation. SUCCESS METRICS Consistent generation of qualified leads. Increased registrations for virtual and in-person events.
