F&B Manager / Service Manager / Service Supervisor

Role Description The F&B Manager / Service Manager / Service Supervisor is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing food and beverage service operations, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring high standards of customer service in line with brand and safety guidelines. The role involves supervising service staff, supporting training and coaching, monitoring inventory, and assisting with budgeting and cost-control activities. The manager/supervisor will collaborate with other departments to plan and execute events, maintain service quality, and address guest feedback promptly and professionally. Administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders may be performed remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, including understanding of menu offerings, service standards, and hygiene practices.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage guest expectations, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard, guide, and develop service staff for consistent performance and compliance.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to support cost control, monitor expenses, and contribute to revenue and profitability goals.
• Relevant experience in F&B operations, hotel, restaurant, or event service supervision is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and point-of-sale or F&B management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed, and to manage responsibilities across on-site and remote settings.
