Role Description The Final Expense Closer is a full-time hybrid role based in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, with some flexibility for work from home. In this position, the individual will handle inbound and outbound calls, present final expense insurance plans, and guide prospective clients through the decision-making and closing process. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, explaining policy benefits and terms in clear language, addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions and deals. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, following compliance and quality standards, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a professional, customer-centered approach throughout the closing process.

• Strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
• Proven ability in Closings and Deal Closure, with a track record of converting qualified leads into completed sales.
• Customer Service experience, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in handling client inquiries and concerns.
• Familiarity with Escrow or similar financial and documentation processes related to insurance or financial products.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Comfort using CRM systems, call tools, and basic computer applications for documentation and follow-up.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing time and responsibilities both onsite in Rawalpindi and from home.
• Prior experience in insurance, telesales, or call center environments is preferred but not required.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
