Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based Final Expense insurance campaigns.
• Verify customer information, personal details, and insurance-related information accurately.
• Conduct medical and financial qualification by asking relevant questions according to the approved campaign script.
• Build rapport with potential customers and maintain professional communication throughout verification calls.
• Ensure customers understand the purpose of the verification process and willingly confirm the information provided.
• Review customer responses for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before approving a transfer.
• Follow campaign guidelines, verification procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Transfer qualified and verified calls smoothly to the sales closers for further processing.
• Identify incomplete, inaccurate, or unqualified leads and record the appropriate call disposition.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, and dispositions in the CRM or dialer system.
• Coordinate with closers, quality assurance staff, and management to maintain verification standards.
• Consistently meet daily performance, quality, and verification targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Mandatory: Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in Final Expense verification.
• Candidates without relevant Final Expense campaign experience will NOT be considered eligible.
• Strong understanding of Final Expense insurance campaigns, verification procedures, and call flow.
• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• Ability to confidently handle US-based customers and maintain professional conversations.
• Good understanding of medical and financial qualification procedures.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, and call center operations.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and professional work ethics.
