Scrum Master

Job Type: Part-Time (Remote)

Salary Expectations: PKR 50,000 – 80,000

(Final salary will be based on relevant skills and experience demonstrated during the hiring process)

About the Role

Elite IT Team is hiring an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for our cross-functional development teams. You'll be the person who keeps teams aligned, unblocked, and improving — someone with a strong Agile background, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to drive collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across projects.

This isn't a passive coordinator role. You'll coach teams, work closely with Product Owners and technical leads, and use data to help us deliver faster and more predictably.

Elite IT Team is remote-first, with 2–3 in-person gatherings per year. The selected candidate will be required to attend these gatherings, and the cost is covered by the company.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Partner with Product Owners and technical leads to define, prioritize, and manage sprint goals and backlog items.

• Promote Agile best practices and coach team members to improve delivery efficiency and collaboration.

• Monitor key Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and throughput for performance tracking and forecasting.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, progress, and risks.

• Support multiple teams in adopting and maturing Agile principles and frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.

• Proven experience facilitating Agile delivery for software or product development teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, sprint planning, and backlog management.

• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to work with distributed teams and drive collaboration in remote environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Exposure to DevOps, cloud-based environments, or data-driven projects is a plus.
