Finance & Accounting Executivee

Role Description This part-time Finance & Accounting Executive role is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The role includes managing day-to-day accounting operations, such as posting transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. The Executive will support the preparation, review, and reconciliation of financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and internal policies. Responsibilities also include assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, monitoring costs, and supporting internal controls and audit preparation. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners, clear documentation of financial processes, and timely communication of financial insights to management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis.
• Candidates should possess solid Accounting skills, including general ledger management and familiarity with accounts payable and receivable.
• Candidates should possess the ability to prepare, interpret, and reconcile Financial Statements.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify variances, and propose improvements.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an asset.
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with IFRS or other international reporting standards is beneficial.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a hybrid, multicultural environment.
