We are a fast-growing eco-friendly brand specialising in innovative baby and kids dining products.

Our founder started the business in 2015, and today our products are sold across four Amazon marketplaces and are loved by parents around the world for their safety, design and quality.

Our team work full remote, whilst scaling our portfolio across the globe and we are looking for a detailed orientated Finance Manager to join our growing team!

Our Opportunity:

As our newly created role, our Finance Manager you will be an informed, data-led decision maker who can influence outcomes.  

You will manage our monthly payroll, our global tax compliance and statutory obligations. This role leads accurate reporting and contributes to budgetary modelling.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking with hands-on execution.       

How you will add value:

This role will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, to optimise our financial reporting as we deepen our international market footprint and drive sustainable revenue growth.

The role will prepare, review and ensure timely lodgements of our Business Activity Statements (BAS), ensure flawless compliance with Australian Super requirements and oversee the international tax lodgement dates.

You will nurture curiosity and accountability across a small team.

About you:

• You have previous experience in global markets for consumer products, ecommerce, or lifestyle brands
• You possess a CPA or CA qualification and relevant tertiary credentials in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• You have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills  - you love data, champion KPIs, and apply insights
• You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You are an expert multi-tasker – welcoming several projects at any given week and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Are a highly-motivated individual and positive leader
• You are wanting to further harness your experience with an ecommerce environments (including Shopify, Amazon Seller Center, TikTok Shop) and share this knowledge with a team.
• A love of retail – kids is a plus!
