What You’ll Coordinate

For food sourcing, research suppliers, compare product specifications and commercial terms, and maintain clear supplier information.

For ingredient buying, coordinate requirements, quotations, purchase orders, delivery dates, and follow-up with vendors and internal teams.

For food imports, track shipment progress, check supporting documents, and coordinate with freight partners and relevant parties on clearance and delivery requirements.

Across the role, keep purchasing and product records accurate and flag availability, quality, or timing concerns early. Responsibilities can focus on one area; experience across all three is not required.

Your Background

Experience in food procurement, ingredient purchasing, supplier coordination, or import administration is useful. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and clear communication are valued. Familiarity with product specifications, purchase orders, or shipping documents will help in the relevant track. A degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.

Flexible part-time hours and hybrid work can be arranged around supplier follow-up and shipment schedules. Some warehouse or receiving coordination may require in-person attendance in the UAE.
