In this role, the individual will execute and manage forex trades, monitor market conditions, and apply trading strategies across various currency pairs. Daily tasks include performing technical analysis, reviewing trade performance, maintaining detailed trading logs, and managing risk according to community guidelines. The tutor component involves designing and delivering educational sessions, creating learning materials, mentoring community members, and responding to questions about trading concepts and tools. The role also includes collaborating with the Ratapip team to refine educational content, contribute to community discussions, and support events, workshops, and webinars.

Qualifications
- Strong trading expertise, including hands-on experience with forex Trading and Currency markets.
- Advanced Technical Analysis skills, with the ability to interpret charts, indicators, and price action.
- Proficiency in developing and applying Trading Strategies, including backtesting and performance review.
- Excellent Analytical Skills, with a structured approach to market research, risk assessment, and decision-making.
- Prior experience tutoring, coaching, or teaching individuals or groups in financial or trading topics.
- Comfort with using trading platforms, charting tools, and relevant software (e.g., MetaTrader, TradingView).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Lagos, manage time effectively, and maintain discipline under market pressure.
- Understanding of risk management, capital preservation, and responsible trading practices.
- Relevant certifications or formal training in finance, economics, or trading are an advantage but not mandatory.
