POSITION SUMMARY

The Forms & Compliance Analyst is responsible for overseeing forms

management, regulatory compliance processes, and database administration. This role serves as a key resource in forms development, compliance monitoring, regulatory change management, and cross-functional implementation efforts. The analyst ensures company forms and related processes remain compliant with applicable regulations while supporting operational efficiency and business objectives.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Compliance and database oversight (60%)

  • Maintain the forms database and manage internal request workflows
  • Lead the development, revision, and implementation of company forms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and regulatory compliance
  • Obtain stakeholder approvals for form changes and coordinate cross-functional implementation
  • Support CODE, the regulatory change management system by:

° participating in regulatory filings and data calls

° monitoring and researching regulatory requirements

° assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion

  • Track and oversee compliance-related filings, reports, and required mailings
  • Conduct periodic reviews of compliance topics and coordinate updates as needed


Forms development and management (30%)

  • Create, revise, and maintain applications, enrollment forms, and supplemental documents to support regulatory filings and state compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with Policy Filing Analysts to address state objections and prepare required disclosures and revisions
  • Serve as the primary contact for forms implementation across digital platforms, including electronic applications and automated processes
  • Provide technical and compliance support for the Forms Package Management system and iPipeline
  • Represent the Forms Compliance Team during product implementation processes, including forms testing and review activities
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking and managing forms inventory and related data

Other responsibilities (10%)

  • Lead special projects involving forms updates and process improvements
  • Conduct compliance research and provide project support as assigned
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Four or more years of experience in business or a related field
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Technical proficiency with document editing tools
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function to this position

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Four or more years of equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • LOMA designations or related insurance industry coursework is preferred
  • ALMI designation required within 18 months of hire


PHYSICAL AND WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to maintain focused attention on computer monitors for extended periods
  • Occasional work beyond 40 hours per week may be required to meet project deadlines and business needs
  • Hybrid position based in Lincoln, NE. Requires three days per week onsite and provides a hybrid schedule with two remote workdays, if desired
