Role Description The Founder will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for Legend Myanmar Technology, defining the company vision, setting long-term goals, and overseeing key business initiatives. This full-time remote role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and guiding service and product expansion in the ICT sector. The Founder will collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure high-quality delivery of network infrastructure, software, and hardware solutions, while monitoring financial performance and resource allocation. Day-to-day responsibilities include decision-making on partnerships, supervising high-level projects, representing the company in external engagements, and fostering an inclusive, ethical, and performance-driven culture.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with experience defining business vision and growth plans.
• Background in information and communication technology, including familiarity with network infrastructure, software development, and hardware solutions.
• Business development and client relationship management skills, ideally with government, NGO, and private sector stakeholders.
• Financial management abilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience in founding, co-founding, or leading a technology or services company is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of the Myanmar market and regulatory environment is an advantage.
