We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Adoption Specialist to support organizational transformation, drive employee adoption of new processes and technologies, and ensure sustainable change outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change adoption strategies aligned with organizational transformation objectives.
• Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder needs, and potential resistance to change.
• Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers, HR, business leaders, and technical teams to support successful change implementation.
• Design and coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning materials for affected employees.
• Monitor adoption of new systems, processes, policies, and operating models.
• Identify adoption barriers and develop targeted interventions to improve engagement.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, impact assessments, and feedback sessions.
• Support change champions and managers in promoting new ways of working.
• Track adoption metrics, training completion, employee feedback, and behavioral changes.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate change risks, issues, and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure change activities are coordinated with project timelines and business priorities.
• Maintain change management documentation, implementation plans, and lessons learned.
• Recommend improvements to change management frameworks and adoption practices.
• Support continuous improvement and reinforce sustainable behavioral change after implementation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
• Typically 5–8 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, business adoption, or project implementation.
• Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change initiatives and employee adoption programs.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Experience developing training materials, communication plans, and adoption measurement frameworks.
• Familiarity with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and change tracking systems.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant qualifications, such as Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent, are advantageous.
• Experience supporting remote and geographically distributed teams is preferred.
