The Offer: Assure mediation between hotels and suppliers Assist customer by the telephone, email and other channels in a genuine manner. Offer assistance on purchases and products catalog Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer. Identify, study and propose the best solution to help the customer Provide good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished. Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in French and fluency in English Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus Genuine care giver.
