Fraud Risk Analyst / Financial Crime Analyst

Role Description The Freelance Producer will work on a part-time, remote basis to support the department’s academic, research, and outreach initiatives through high-quality media and content production. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and producing digital content such as educational videos, recorded lectures, lab demonstrations, and research presentations for online platforms. The role involves collaborating with faculty and researchers to understand technical topics, shaping them into clear, engaging scripts, and overseeing recording and post-production workflows. The Freelance Producer will also assist in managing project timelines, ensuring consistent branding and quality standards, and optimizing content for distribution through institutional websites, learning management systems, and social media. This position requires regular virtual communication with departmental stakeholders and independent management of production resources and schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and manage media projects, including scripting, scheduling, and coordinating remote production activities.
• Experience with audio/video recording and basic editing using common production and post-production tools.
• Familiarity with digital content platforms, online learning environments, or social media channels for educational dissemination.
• Comfort working with technical or engineering-related subject matter and translating complex concepts into accessible content.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time freelance capacity.
• Attention to detail, reliability in meeting deadlines, and commitment to maintaining high production and ethical standards.
• Prior experience in educational, academic, or research-focused content production is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in media production, communications, engineering, or a related field preferred.
