Director of Platform Engineering

Role Description This part-time remote role at PG avocats Sàrl involves supporting the firm’s legal and administrative activities on a flexible schedule. The position includes drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence, as well as maintaining organized digital files and case records. The team member will assist with legal research, gathering and summarizing information, and preparing clear notes or reports for internal use. Daily responsibilities may also include coordinating communication with clients and external partners, updating matter status, and supporting basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The role is designed for an individual who can work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with colleagues in a virtual environment.
Qualifications

• Ability to perform accurate legal or business research, summarize findings clearly, and present information in a structured format.
• Strong written communication skills, including drafting, reviewing, and editing professional documents in en_US.
• Competence with digital tools for remote work, such as document management systems, video conferencing platforms, and collaborative software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a part-time environment.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintaining records, files, and confidential information.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with a remote team.
• Prior experience in a legal, consulting, or professional services environment is an advantage.
• Relevant education in law, business, administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly French, are beneficial given the firm’s location.
