Company Description Ramsa BPO & Telemarketing is an Egypt-based business process outsourcing provider supporting global clients with telesales, customer support, and end-to-end business process solutions. The company focuses on helping organizations expand their market reach and improve customer engagement through professional, multilingual calling and support services. Ramsa partners with businesses across various industries, offering scalable, cost-effective outsourcing models tailored to unique operational needs. Team members work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where performance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement are key priorities.
Role Description The Freelance Business Development Partner | BPO Campaign Acquisition is responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing new BPO and telemarketing campaigns from international and regional clients. This hybrid role is based in Giza, with some work-from-home flexibility, and operates on a freelance, performance-driven basis. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, building prospect lists, qualifying leads, and conducting outbound outreach via calls, emails, and online meetings. The partner will prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with Ramsa’s operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new campaigns. The role also involves maintaining relationships with acquired clients, gathering feedback, and collaborating on service improvements to support long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in BPO business development, call center outsourcing, telemarketing, or campaign acquisition.
- An established network of telecom operators, campaign owners, outsourcing companies, or international businesses seeking BPO services is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, negotiate commercial terms, and secure new client contracts.
- Strong understanding of BPO operations, outsourcing models, and client requirements.
- Experience in telecom campaigns is a major advantage; candidates with experience in other BPO sectors are also welcome.
- Ability to develop business across international markets, particularly the Middle East, GCC, Europe, or other relevant outsourcing markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing the full business development cycle independently, from prospecting to contract closure.
- Comfortable working independently in a freelance, performance-based engagement.
- Existing client relationships and a demonstrable track record of bringing new campaigns are strong advantages.
Preferred: Candidates who can introduce genuine campaign opportunities and connect directly with decision-makers responsible for outsourcing contracts.
- Relevant professional experience and a strong business network are valued more than formal academic qualifications.
