We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer (Mid-Level) — GWS Partner

GWS Partner is a B2B growth marketing agency based in Cairo. We work with SaaS, consulting, and service companies across Egypt, GCC, and MENA, helping them build predictable growth engines, not just run ads.

We’re growing fast and expanding our team. We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who doesn’t just push buttons on ad platforms, but actually thinks like a marketer.

📍 Remote | Flexible Hours

What You’ll Do

→ Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok

→ Build and manage lead generation funnels for B2B clients

→ Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear actions

→ Work within structured systems, SOPs, and workflows — not chaos

→ Collaborate on strategy, not just execution

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

→ Marketing background — this is a must. We need someone who studied or trained in marketing, not someone who just “learned ads from YouTube”

→ 1+ year of hands-on experience in performance marketing

→ Solid understanding of marketing analytics — you know how to read data, not just export it

→ Comfortable working inside structured workflows and systems

→ B2B marketing and lead generation campaign experience is strongly preferred

→ Flexible working hours — you manage your time, we measure your output
