Role Description

TOVANA is looking for independent Freelance Sales Marketers to promote its skincare products and generate genuine customer orders.

This is a remote, flexible, commission-only opportunity. It is not a salaried, full-time employment position, and there is no mandatory sales target at the beginning.

Each marketer receives a unique code and order form. The marketer communicates with interested customers, explains products using approved information, obtains the customer’s consent, and submits accurate order details through their assigned form. TOVANA then contacts the customer to confirm the order and manages payment, shipping, delivery, returns, and after-sales service.

The opportunity currently focuses on individual end customers. Wholesale, retailer, and reseller orders are handled through a separate arrangement.

Commission is calculated on eligible product sales after discounts, excluding shipping. An order becomes eligible after successful delivery, payment collection, and completion of the applicable 14-day return period.

TOVANA offers a tiered commission structure ranging from 10% to 30%, based on the number of eligible monthly orders and the applicable program rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote TOVANA products through suitable online or offline sales channels.
• Communicate product information clearly and responsibly.
• Identify interested customers and obtain their approval before registering an order.
• Submit complete and accurate orders through the assigned marketer form.
• Use only approved prices, offers, product information, and marketing claims.
• Follow up through the company’s approved process without pressuring customers.
• Protect customer information and delete personal data after confirming order registration.
• Refer medical questions, complaints, returns, and product-safety concerns to TOVANA’s customer-support team.
• Follow the program’s advertising, brand, customer-data, and professional-conduct rules.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to explain products clearly and communicate honestly with customers.
• Interest in skincare, beauty, personal care, or online selling.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a commission basis.
• Good organization and attention to detail when submitting customer orders.
• Ability to use WhatsApp and online forms effectively.
• Previous experience in sales, social selling, retail, beauty, or FMCG is an advantage but is not required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to provide valid identification for verification.

Important Compensation Notice

This opportunity is based entirely on commission. There is no fixed salary, guaranteed income, or commission for recruiting other marketers. Earnings depend on successfully delivered, collected, and eligible customer orders.
