Our Customer Service Office in Czech Republic is looking for an Front Office Employee to strengthen the Customer Service team. Position As a Front Officer Employee you are responsible from the office staff for the commercial development of our (Key) Accounts. You are the first point of contact for our partners in Czech Republic, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction. All operational customer questions come to you. You are involved in assessing, elaborating, offering and following up quotations. You identify opportunities, also by periodically visiting the customer, and you work these out together with Account Management. You are also involved in managing price lists and handling complaints. In addition to these operational tasks, you will proactively monitor, monitor and improve customer processes, reports and performances. You work closely with Account Managers, Back Office and Procurement.
