Join Ecobio's SaaS development team and help us build software that enables businesses to manage their environmental responsibilities and achieve their sustainability goals.
We're looking for a versatile and ambitious Full Stack Developer who wants to take ownership of technical solutions, influence product development, and work with modern technologies in a collaborative environment.
Why Ecobio?
At Ecobio, you'll join a small, highly skilled team where your work has a direct impact on our product and customers. Our SaaS platform, Ecobio Manager, helps organizations manage regulatory compliance, chemical safety, risk assessments, sustainability reporting, and carbon footprint calculations. Developed in Finland and used internationally, the platform combines sustainability expertise with modern software technology.
We're continuously developing our platform, exploring AI-powered features, and adopting new approaches to software development.
What you'll be doing
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work across the entire technology stack, from cloud infrastructure and backend services to APIs and user interfaces.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable SaaS solutions using .NET, C#, React, and Azure.
- Developing and improving our Azure cloud infrastructure, databases, and integrations.
- Designing and implementing secure, high-performing REST APIs.
- Building intuitive user-facing features in close collaboration with our product and design teams.
- Contributing to the development and integration of AI-powered capabilities into our SaaS platform.
- Improving software quality through automated testing, code reviews, and modern development practices.
- Participating in technical architecture decisions and continuously improving our development processes.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of technical solutions from initial design to production.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with curiosity, initiative, and a product-oriented mindset.

We expect you to have solid experience in software development and a good understanding of modern cloud-based applications. Our technology stack includes:

- Databases & Caching: Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Redis
- APIs & Authentication: REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
- Development Practices: Git, CI/CD, automated testing
You don't need to be an expert in every technology listed above, but we expect you to have strong experience with .NET/C# and cloud-based software development, along with the ability to work across the full stack.
Experience with the following is considered an advantage:
- Aurelia
- Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry
- Power BI
- AI-powered application development and integrations
We're looking for a developer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, takes ownership of their work, and values clean, maintainable code.
You appreciate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and open technical discussions, while also being comfortable working independently. You're interested in modern development practices, including AI-powered and agentic development tools.
You can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Our team's working language is English. Finnish is considered an advantage.
What We Offer
- Meaningful work helping organizations improve their environmental performance and manage sustainability requirements.
- Real influence on product architecture, technology choices, and development practices.
- Modern AI-powered development tools and contribution to innovative software solutions.
