JOB TITLE: FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

WORK LOCATION: SAINT-JOSSE-TEN-NOODE, BELGIUM

MODE OF WORK: FULL TIME AND HYBRID (2-3 DAYS ONSITE PER WEEK)

CONTRACT DURATION: ASAP - 01/01/2028+POSSIBLE OF EXTENSION

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• In recent years, Client has been actively investing in the digitization of its processes and applications. The Mendix low-code platform is increasingly being used for the development of new applications and the modernization of existing solutions.
• To guarantee the continuity, maintainability and further evolution of this application landscape, Client wishes to call on a team of specialised Mendix profiles. These profiles will be used for the analysis, development, expansion, optimization, integration and support of existing and possible future Mendix applications.

The assignments may relate to:

• The development of new functionalities;
• The maintenance and optimization of existing applications;
• The integration with internal and external systems;
• Improving performance, security and user experience;
• Supporting migration and modernisation pathways;
• Analyzing and implementing new business needs;
• The development of technical and functional documentation;
• Knowledge transfer to Client' internal teams.
• The work is carried out according to Agile/Scrum principles and in close collaboration with the business services, the Client ICT department and any external partners.
• The contract is awarded on the basis of price and skills of the proposed candidates.
• The actual start and number of days of this assignment depends on obtaining the necessary budget. The award of the contract therefore does not entitle the contract to the actual orders for one or more parts of the contract.
• All requested certificates and documents must be attached to the CVs. Documents must be able to be consulted in order to be validated. Without these documents, your profile may be rejected. The descriptions of profiles below are indicative and the competences and tasks listed should in no way be considered exhaustive.
• For this assignment, Client is looking for a multidisciplinary team including a Functional Analyst.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis of business needs;
• Organizing and supervising workshops;
• Translating needs into user stories;
• Setting up and maintaining backlogs;
• Develop functional documentation;
• Supporting acceptance and validation phases.
• The assignment, a time & material mission. In the event that the effective lead time is longer than the
• estimated period, the remaining services will be the subject of a possible extension.

Assignment organization

The services are carried out on the basis of individual orders according to Client' needs.

Depending on the nature of the assignment, one or more profiles can be used simultaneously for:

• new projects;
• extensions of existing applications;
• maintenance and support;
• optimisation processes;
• migration and modernisation initiatives.
• Client reserves the right to deploy profiles flexibly according to priorities and available budgets.
