🚀 FUNCTIONAL ANALYST – SUPPLY CHAIN / ERP

Are you an experienced Functional Analyst with a passion for Supply Chain, ERP and logistics processes? Do you enjoy complex transformations where you bridge the gap between business and IT? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you!

For a challenging transformation project, we are looking for a Functional Analyst who wants to contribute to the further digitalization and optimization of Supply Chain processes.

💼 What will you do?

As a Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in a large-scale Supply Chain Transformation Program. You will act as the link between business stakeholders, technical teams and fellow analysts, translating business needs into concrete functional solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, inventory, order management and logistics.
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for ERP and logistics systems.
• Developing process models, gap analyses and functional designs.
• Contributing to the implementation and integration of ERP solutions, primarily within SAP environments.
• Coordinating and supporting functional testing (SIT and UAT), including test scenarios and defect follow-up.
• Collaborating with developers, integration specialists, testers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

🎯 What do you bring to the table?

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in Supply Chain or ERP environments.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and experience with ERP or logistics system implementation projects.
• Solid skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and writing functional specifications.
• An understanding of ERP architectures, such as SAP ECC or S/4HANA, and familiarity with integration concepts such as APIs, IDocs and data flows.
• Experience with SAP modules such as MM, WM, EWM, SD or PP, or with WMS, TMS or OMS systems, is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT teams.
• Fluency in either Dutch or French, with a good passive understanding of the other national language.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent professional experience.
