GERMAN & ENGLISH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER ADVISOR

KEY REQUIREMENTS & CONDITIONS (Must-Haves):

• Languages: Advanced/C1-C2 level in spoken and written German AND a Minimum B2 level in English for internal communication.
• Location: Bucharest, Romania (Ability to commute to the District 4 office 3 days per week).
• Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 (Full-time availability required).
• Contract: Full-time, permanent contract with multiple start dates available.
  
  
  

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Total Base Net Income: 5,969 RON Net/month (Composed of 5,569 RON Net base salary + 400 RON Net hybrid/work setup allowance).
• Meal Vouchers: 25 RON per worked day, loaded monthly onto a Pluxee Card.
• Bonuses: Performance bonuses based on CSAT and service quality KPIs.
• Extra Earnings: Additional earnings available through cross-selling/upselling opportunities.
• Overtime: Weekend/overtime coverage is rare but carries a 25% premium.
  
  
  

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Join our dynamic Bucharest team for a hybrid role focused on customer interaction.

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and live-chat.
• Utilize CRM systems for accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling/upselling opportunities.
  
  
  

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Customer service experience or the ability to handle phone, email, and live-chat interactions.
• Strong communication and active-listening skills with a proactive, patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
• Good computer literacy and MS Office knowledge.
• Experience with CRM usage and comfortable with cross-selling/upselling.
• Training Schedule: Must be available Monday-Friday, 10:00-17:00 for 1 week of training.
