GHL & AI Automation Specialist!

About the Role:

We’re looking for a technically skilled and marketing focused GHL & AI Automation Specialist who can build automated lead generation, qualification, and follow up systems for the real estate and mortgage industry.

You’ll be responsible for setting up GoHighLevel (GHL) from scratch, integrating Voice AI and AI chat platforms, building conversion-focused funnels, managing lead data, and supporting email outreach and paid marketing campaigns.

This role requires someone who can combine AI automation, marketing technology, lead generation, and creative execution to build efficient systems that help convert real estate and mortgage leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

GHL, AI & Lead Automation

• Set up and configure GoHighLevel (GHL) from scratch, including Voice AI and chat platforms.
• Integrate AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Grok to automate lead engagement, qualification, follow-ups, and routing for buyer and mortgage leads.
• Build automated workflows that streamline lead management and improve response times.
• Work with existing CRMs, including Follow Up Boss and KB Core, to support lead management and automation processes.

Funnels, Data & Marketing

• Build and optimize website funnels, landing pages, webinar funnels, and chat widgets to capture and convert leads.
• Extract, filter, and organize lead data from DealMachine for targeted outreach and follow up campaigns.
• Configure a dedicated mass email domain for automated outreach, keeping campaign data separate from personal contacts.
• Create social media graphics and develop blog and vlog content to support marketing initiatives.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns targeting mortgage and home buyers.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in setting up GoHighLevel (GHL) and building automation workflows from scratch.
• Experience with Voice AI, AI chat platforms, and tools such as Claude, Gemini, or Grok.
• Ability to build landing pages, website funnels, webinar funnels, and chat widgets.
• Experience with lead generation, data extraction, filtering, and automated outreach.
• Knowledge of mass email domain setup and email campaign configuration.
• Experience creating marketing content, social media graphics, and managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to connect multiple tools into an efficient, automated workflow.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of implementation and results.
