We’re looking for a Lean-Pro Talent who is highly skilled in Go High Level and can take full ownership of building and optimizing systems. This is not a task-based role. You will be responsible for making sure everything inside GHL works smoothly, from CRM and pipelines to funnels and automations, while supporting sales and improving the customer journey. You should be someone who does not wait for instructions, sees gaps, and fixes them.. Responsibilities: Build and manage CRM, pipelines, funnels, and automations inside GHL Ensure all systems are clean, organized, and working properly Maintain accurate data, tagging, and lead tracking Keep pipelines updated and aligned with the sales process Build and optimize landing pages and funnels Ensure they are clear, functional, and conversion-focused Create and manage email, SMS, and follow-up automations Improve lead nurturing and conversion through better workflows Set up and manage integrations (Zapier, Stripe, Google, and similar tools) Ensure systems are connected and running without issues Manage booking flows and scheduling systems Ensure smooth appointment setting and follow-ups Identify issues, gaps, and inefficiencies Continuously improve systems for better performanc Requirements At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) Strong understanding of CRM, pipelines, funnels, and automation Able to build and manage systems independently Proficient in Go High Level (required), ClickUp, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Familiar with tools like Zapier, Stripe, and Google tools Strong English writing and communication skills.
