This role is looking for a resource with experience creating training for Leadership.
This role supports the
execution of leadership programs, learning assets, and onboarding experiences for Regional Directors
and field leadership. The contractor will work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and consistency of learning materials and program logistics.
· Support planning, coordination, and
execution of Regional Director leadership development
programs

Manage program logistics for live and virtual learning sessions
, including schedules, materials, trackers, and follow-up communications.
· Maintain and update leadership and onboarding learning assets, toolkits, and documentation.
· Support development, review, and updates of eLearning modules, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
The candidates must have experience with doing onboarding trainings for Leadership. Our candidate was rejected due to a perceived lack of experience on Leadership specific training.
