主力であるタレントマネジメントシステムのバックエンド開発において、Go言語を用いたアプリケーション設計からシステム改善までを主導できます。ご本人の希望や経験に応じて、テックリードやエンジニアリングマネージャーとしてのキャリアパスも用意されており、若手メンバーの教育や採用広報など、組織づくりにも幅広く貢献できる裁量とやりがいのあるポジションです。

In this role, you will take charge of application design, development, and system improvement using Go for the backend of the flagship talent management system. Depending on your experience and aspirations, you may also step into Tech Lead or Engineering Manager roles. You will be granted substantial autonomy to contribute broadly to organizational building, including planning educational initiatives for junior members and engaging in engineering recruitment PR activities.

■ Minimum Requirements

- Development experience using

Go- 3+ years of experience designing and developing Web applications

- Experience with object-oriented design and development

- Experience with continuous development utilizing unit testing

■ Preferred

Qualifications

- Development experience using search engines such as Elasticsearch, CloudSearch, or Apache Solr

- Experience with technology selection and architecture design

- Experience designing and developing large scale Web applications with a focus on load balancing and high availability

- Experience serving as a Tech Lead in server-side domains
