We are a fast-growing HR Tech SaaS company in Japan, on a mission to transform the way people work by evolving into a comprehensive Human Capital Management Platform. To accelerate our journey of embedding AI across all our products, we are launching a brand-new AI Development Infrastructure team. We are looking for a foundational member to design, build, and operate our company-wide AI platform from scratch. You will have a massive impact, shaping the technical standards for AI features used by millions of users!

■ Key Responsibilities

Depending on your background, you will lead or collaborate on:

- Cross-Product Infrastructure: Design and implement context foundations, LLM Gateways, and authentication/authorization mechanisms for AI agents across multiple products.

- LLMOps & Improvement Cycles: Establish monitoring platforms to visualize LLM usage and create a continuous evaluation and improvement flow for AI features.

- LLM Lifecycle Management: Formulate rules and systems for safe LLM operations, including EOL management and guardrail implementations.

- Architecture Design: Make critical technical decisions regarding architecture and tech stacks, balancing availability, security, and operability.

- Strong background in designing and operating infrastructure, MLOps, or search foundations.

- Hands-on experience developing and operating web applications incorporating LLM/Generative AI.

ご経験に応じて、以下の業務を連携して推進いただきます。

・プロダクト横断課題の共通基盤化: 複数プロダクトで共通利用されるコンテキスト基盤、LLM Gateway、AIエージェントの認証・認可などの設計および実装。

・LLMOpsの改善サイクル構築: LLMの利用状況を可視化し、全社のAI機能の品質を継続的に高めるための評価・改善フローの構築。

・LLMのライフサイクル管理: モデルの提供終了（EOL）対応やガードレールの仕組みなど、安全にLLMを運用するためのルールとシステム整備。

・アーキテクチャ設計: 可用性・セキュリティ・運用性を見据えた技術選定と、全社のAI開発の土台となる技術標準の策定。
